Since 2002, Cheryl helped train over 7,000 individuals, 400 churches; raised tens of millions of dollars in public and private grants in California. Cheryl’s mission is improving the quality-of-life in minority communities. Cheryl has participated in local, state and federal projects directed at increasing the distribution of culturally competent health services, education/training opportunities, civic and funding resources in urban communities.

Cheryl is an accomplished writer and frequent lecturer at prestigious academic institutions across the country. Cheryl was educated in Europe and completed a specialized technical writing program at Cambridge University and a professional leadership program at Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government. Cheryl completed Master of Science Degree in Community Economic Development at Southern New Hampshire University.

Tracey Branch, Managing Director, COO -has been with the firm since its inception. She brings significant strength in the broad range of talent management, including recruitment and retention strategy development, performance management and employee development. With more than 15 years of experience supporting fortune 100 organizations like Best Buy, Corp; JPMorgan Chase; and Kelly Services, her rich experience and valuable contributions have enabled organizations to triumph over critical business issues and achieve significant results. Tracey holds Bachelor degrees from Howard University and Excelsior College, currently pursuing the State of CA certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute (currently holds the Professional HR certification) and an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the Chicago School of Psychology.

John Russell, Revenue Management Specialist and Professional Grantwriter, Owner of Grant Quest, Inc. –Mr. Russell has over 20 years experience in nonprofit and community resource development and preparing non profits and various causes for success. He is particularly skilled in coaching and teaching founders and non-profit staff how to discover their grant readiness and preparedness to compete for grants and contributions.

Dr. Candace Benton –Clinical Programs and Faith-Based Organizations - Over 30 years experience in the non-profit sector; Over 12 years counseling experience; Six years of clinical therapy experience; Twelve years of Substance Abuse experience; Eight years classroom teaching experience. Excellent understanding of adult learners; Twelve years management/director experience; Comprehensive knowledge and skills in substance abuse and mental health; Comprehensive knowledge and skills in program development and management; Successful grant writer on the federal, state, and foundation level.

Samyr D. Codio, CPA, Managing Principal of MTB Accountancy Group, LLC. Samyr is a self-made entrepreneur -establishing a quality of services within the auditing, accounting, tax, financial services and consulting business realm. Some of clients include Tavis Smiley Foundation, Concerned Citizens of South Central Los Angeles, Los Angeles Metropolitan Churches, 20th Century Fox, Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) and Southern Pacific Thrift and Loan. He began his career at Simpson & Simpson, and meets the criteria of qualification of more than five hundred (500) hour’s certification time. Furthermore, he has conducted financial, operational and compliance auditing for OMB Circular A-122, OMB Circular A-133, external reporting in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards as a Supervising Auditor.

M. Wilcoxen, M.S., Information Management Systems -Information Technology professional with 15 years of experience in project coordination, team leadership and training.
